Jack the Giant Slayer Plot Holes

Plot Hole: When Jack saved the princess from the men in the market place, why didn't the princess say anything to Elmont about the men trying to rob and rape her?

Plot Hole: When the Giants were trying to get into the castle, how did they have the strength to uproot trees from the ground and throw them over the castle walls, yet struggled to overpower the human soldiers for control of the draw bridge?

Saved by the Bell Plot Holes

What doesn't make sense: In Season 2 Episode 1 "Dancing to the Max", Slater challenges Zack to a dance off. Slater randomly says to "hit it", and a random person turns on the jukebox. If you notice the music instantly starts playing before the person could insert coins or choose a song. Also, how did the person know what song to play or what Slater could dance to?

WWE Plot Holes

Plot Hole: In 2012, WWE COO Triple H was feuding with Brock Lesnar. Triple H put his hands on Paul Heyman. As a result, Paul Heyman had Triple H charged with Assault and Battery. 

The feud ended at Extreme Rules 2013, yet WWE never explained what became of the Assault and Battery charges against Triple H. 

Plot Hole: What happened to the Miz and R-Truth exposing the "conspiracy" involving COO Triple H and John Laurinaitis in 2011? They just disbanded without exposing anything. 

Plot Hole: Why did the Nexus help Kane bury the Undertaker at the 2010 Bragging Rights PPV? All Wade Barrett ever said was "We have our reasons", and these reasons were never explained. 

Plot Hole: What ever happened to the New Nexus? One week they were there, and the next week they were just no longer a faction. They never actually disbanded.

Plot Hole: In 2013, It was exposed by the Authority faction that Big Show lost all of his money in a bad investment he made in a mini-mall that went belly up according to Stephanie McMahon. The Authority then tried to use this to blackmail Big Show into knocking out people they didn't like by threatening firing him because they knew he needed the money. The Authority even bought Big Show's house because he was behind on his mortgage so that Big Show wouldn't lose his home. Big Show eventually was fired by 'The Authority' faction after he refused to assist The Authority in their personal agendas.  For weeks afterward, Big Show would come through the crowd and knock people out because he had "nothing to lose". After Big Show filed a million dollar lawsuit against WWE for discimination and wrongful termination, Triple H begrudgingly gave Big Show his job back. 

Here's one question that was never answered though. After Triple H gave Big Show his job back, what became of Big Show's house? Did Triple H give Big Show his house back? This was never explained. 

Also, how could Triple H buy Big Show's house without Big Show knowing anything about it? This makes absolutely no sense. 

Plot Hole: In 2011, why did Kevin Nash speed away in a limo with John Laurinaitis?

X-Men: The Last Stand Plot Holes

What doesn't make sense: Warren Worthington (Angel) is about to be injected with "the cure" when he breaks free off the operating table. He then decides to dive through an office window, completely shattering it. Despite thrusting his body through shattered glass he flies away without so much as a scrape on his body. 

X2: X-Men United Plot Holes

At the end of the movie, the president is getting ready to brief the nation via a television state of the union type address. Professor Xavier and the X-Men freeze the moment and everyone in it except the president himself (they used cerebro to connect to the presidents mind and created the illusion that time had been frozen). Xavier hands the president a folder with documents on Striker's war against mutants. The X-Men then disappear and everything reverts back to real time and it looks as though the president had just briefly zoned out.

The Plot Hole: When the president snapped out of his trance why didn't anyone seem to notice that a blue folder had suddenly materialized in front of the president?

Cobra Plot Holes

Plot Hole: At the end of the movie, Cobretti impales the Night Slasher with a large roaming hook through the Night Slasher's back. To make matters worse, he then presses a lever which moves the crane hook into some sort of furnace where the bad guy is literally burned alive with a massive crane hook sticking through his back. Afterward, Cobretti walks out of the building, punches out Detective Monte, and then hops on a motorcycle left behind by the bad guys and rides into the sunset.

Why it doesn't make sense: After putting a massive crane hook through the Night Slasher's back... he burned the Night Slasher alive. Once the hook subdued the Night Slasher wouldn't burning the man alive constitute excessive force and/or murder? There is obviously no way that Cobretti can justify burning the Night Slasher alive after he was already subdued.

Plot Hole #2: Also, wouldn't Cobretti punching out a detective in public in front of dozens of witnesses lead to Cobretti either being arrested for assault and battery or at the very least placed on a leave of absense (aka suspension)?

Plot Hole #3: An officer would never be able to murder a criminal and then simply drive away without ever explaining himself. At the least, Cobretti would obviously have to write a statement immediately.

Plot Hole #4: On top of that, he drove away on a motorcycle that wasn't even his, it was one of the bad guys. The motorcycle he rode into the sunset on would be considered crime scene evidence, and him driving away on it would be considered tampering with the crime scene aka obstruction of justice and grand theft auto. It should be noted that Ingrid hopped on the motorcycle with Cobretti. The relevance of this is that by going with him Cobretti could be charged with a 2nd count of Obstruction of Justice because he is technically preventing her from giving a statement.

Humorous Note: The ending of the movie saw Detective Cobretti committing at least 6 crimes himself (Excessive force, Assault and Battery on a fellow officer, Grand Theft Auto, and at least 2 counts of Obstruction of Justice because he tampered with the crime scene by taking a motorcycle and he took Ingrid, an eyewitness with him which prevented her from giving a statement herself). Some may try to argue that because he being an officer means taking Ingrid with him was not Obstruction of Justice; however, because he was involved in the incidents himself then he cannot conduct the investigation into what happened because it's a conflict of interest.

Home Alone 2 Plot Holes

Plot Hole: At the time that Home Alone 2 came out in 1992, New York City had a population of over 7 million people. The odds of Kevin running into Harry and Marv coincidentally are astronomically low.

Plot Hole #2: What are the odds that Harry and Marv upon breaking out of an Illinois prison would go to New York City at the exact same time, day, and area that Kevin would also get stranded in New York City?

Plot Hole #3: Marv was hit in the head numerous times with bricks thrown from the roof of a building. Marv obviously would have been killed by the repeated blows.

Plot Hole #4: Kevin overheard Harry and Marv saying that at "Midnight" they were going to rob Duncan's Toy Chest. So why did Kevin throw a brick through the window of Duncan's Toy Chest in an attempt to foil the crime when he could of simply called 9-1-1 and reported a robbery?

Plot Hole #5: What are the odds of coincidentally running into his mom at the Christmas tree in times square? The odds of them being there at the exact same time are laughably low.

Home Alone Plot Holes

Plot Hole: At the end of the movie, Kevin calls 9-1-1 (pretending to be his neighbor Mr.Murphy) and says his house was being robbed. Why didn't Kevin call 9-1-1 the first time the burglars attempted to break in? We know the house phone was working because Kevin had called Little Nero's and ordered pizza earlier in the movie.

Plot Hole #2: How did "Old Man" Marley know Kevin was at the Murphy's house at the end of the movie? Technically, wasn't "Old Man" Marley trespassing too? On top of all that, I thought "Old Man" Marley was at the church listening to his grand daughter sing?

Plot Hole #3: Why didn't "Old Man" Marley call the police after he rescued Kevin from Harry and Marv? At the time, the old man had no idea that Kevin had already called 9-1-1. After the police arrived, why didn't the old man tell the cops what happened?

Plot Hole #4: After rescuing Kevin, why didn't "Old Man" Marley ask Kevin what he was doing in the Murphy's house?

Plot Hole #5: After rescuing Kevin, "Old Man" Marley tells Kevin "Let's get you home." This implies that "Old Man" Marley took Kevin back to his house. Why didn't the old man attempt to consult with Kevin's parents? Wouldn't it have made sense for the old man to try to explain that their son was inside someone else's house being assaulted by burglars? Wouldn't the old man have discovered at that point that obviously Kevin was home alone?

Plot Hole #6: Early in the movie, the cops go to the McCallister's to check on Kevin. The cop knocks on the front door a couple of times and then just leaves. It had already been established that the garage door was open. Why didn't the cop try to go in through the garage or knock on the door leading from the garage into the house? Also, later on in the movie Marv is able to simply open the basement door and walk in. Knowing that, couldn't the cop have done the same? Why did the cop only check the front door? Also, why did Kevin hide under the bed from the cop (a good guy), but not the burglars (bad guys)?
