In Delivery Man, David finds Kristen (one of his children that he's never met) out on the balcony of her apartment talking on her cell phone. Outside the building, a pizza delivery guy has arrived. David presumably pays the pizza guy and takes the pizza up to Kristen's apartment. When David comes in Kristen yells that the money is on the table and that she is 4 dollars short.
Plot Hole: How did David know that Kristen had ordered the pizza?
