Plot Hole: Garak vaporized Toran, and nothing becomes of it. Think about it. Garak murdered Toran. Isn't it weird that no one on the space station picked up weapons fire on the station? Also, the Cardassians didn't seem to notice or care that one of their own was murdered on a Bajoran space station? This story arc would never fly on Star Trek: TNG. You can't even fire a phaser on that ship without setting off the sensors. It should also be noted that Odo freeing the Cardassian rebels just because Quark begged him was a complete contradiction of Odo's already established "unbreakable" long arm of the law persona.
What doesn't make sense about DS9: Deep Space Nine completely contradicts the entire general premise of the Star Trek franchise. The premise of the franchise is "to seek out new life and new civilizations" and "to boldly go where no man has gone before", yet DS9 centers on a stationary object that doesn't go anywhere - a space station.
