Plot Hole: Mason Storm and Andy get into a fire fight at Andy's friend's house. Mason and Andy dive behind a table. The camera cuts away, and when it cuts back we see Mason Storm out of no where throwing a grenade. Where did Mason Storm get a grenade from? Mason was wearing a pair of tight blue jeans so we would have seen a grenade in his pants pocket. I highly doubt detectives are issued grenades by the police force so him finding a grenade in his old house wouldn't have made sense either. The man has been in a coma for 7 years... where would he get a grenade from? Could it be that one of the baddies left a grenade on the ground? Unlikely.. hurling grenades seems like a clumsy waste of time for some hit men to get their target. Storm randomly throwing a grenade seems very out of place and makes no sense plot wise.
